- Dam Safety
- Water Treatment
- Waste & Water Treatment
- Network Operations
- Rural Irrigation
Workplace-Based Delivery
Training takes place on-site using your own plant and equipment, which reduces travel time, accommodation costs, and downtime away from work. This model ensures training is directly relevant to your operations.
Participant Requirements
To enrol, participants must:
- Be currently employed in the water industry
- Have access to appropriate plant and equipment
- Hold authorised access to worksites for hands-on skills development
Please note: Water Training Australia does not offer fully online training.
We recommend that learners have at least 3 to 6 months’ experience in their current role to ensure familiarity with workplace systems and procedures.
Group Training Efficiency
For the most cost-effective delivery, we recommend a minimum of eight participants per course. Smaller organisations are encouraged to collaborate with neighbouring councils or companies to form a training group.
